When 14K SOLID GOLD ear wires are being used, the ear wire ends are hand-stamped as proof of being 14K solid gold. In addition, extra work was done at the end of the ear wires to prevent any sort of pain or injury while inserting them through the ear lobes.

**The 14K WHITE solid gold ear wires are RHODIUM plated to prevent tarnish of the ear wires over time.
