* SHIPPING – Processing takes 1-5 business days depending on demand, and can be shipped with USPS First Class (3-5 days) or Priority Shipping (1-3 Days) depending on which you pick at checkout. Please order ahead of time if needed for a special occasion as the product is handmade and requires time to produce.
* RETURNS/REFUNDS – Please note that you are purchasing a Mystery Set. No replacements will be sent if not satisfied with the charm selection or a specific charm. If there are any major beliefs/charms you know you would absolutely not want on your bracelet, please let us know ahead of time so we can help accommodate. Returns can be given to any items that are unworn and in original packaging, and you must cover the shipping costs to receive an item refund after we receive the bracelet.
